Like the orignal Wii, the Wii U looks gimmicky. It’s likely to be one of the thing you show off to friends and family. The screen on the controller is a nice touch too. It’s backwards compatible too. So dust off your old Wii games, cause you can play these too!
Negative
Not sure it’s got mass appeal. Like the Wii, the Wii U has a limited catalogue of games. While this is is an update on the Wii, it still seems to be well behind in the looks and performance area.
Verdict
While I don’t think I will be first in line to snap one up. I’ll stick to the other consoles mainly due to the excellent graphics and game collections on offer. Perhaps you might be different.
